About WYK Digital: It's What You Know

WYK Digital is an award-winning non-profit social enterprise dedicated to widening access to digital careers for underrepresented young people across the UK. We firmly believe that it should be What You Know (WYK), not who you know, that determines your ability to access opportunity and build a fulfilling career in the modern economy.

We equip diverse talent for sustainable digital careers through innovative, employer-led training programmes that include live campaigns and projects with real businesses, producing motivated, industry-ready candidates. Our success stories range from complete beginners now managing digital marketing campaigns to career changers leading successful projects.

In 2024, we proudly supported over 1000 young people. We also achieved significant growth and earned recognition with a Natwest SE100 Diversity Award and were highly commended in both the Marketing Week and Social Enterprise UK awards. Despite increasing challenges in the job market, our mission continues to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity, making digital careers truly available to all.
