WYK is a non-profit organisation with a focus on supporting underrepresented young people to upskill and access employment opportunities.
As a result of this focus, we cap our age eligibility at 40.

Our programmes are designed to help people upskill in Digital Marketing, Media Planning and Tech, regardless of background or previous education.
To be a WYKer, you’ll need an enthusiasm and curiosity for to learn, as well as commitment for the duration of the programme.

Yes – our programmes are fully funded for eligible learners. Please see the eligibility criteria for each programme.

No prior experience is required for our Level 1 and Level 2 programmes as they are designed for beginners.
Our Level 3 programmes are more intermediate in level - whilst no prior work experience is needed it would be beneficial to have a general understanding of the focus subject area prior to starting the programme.

Our programmes are typically hybrid, so you will need access to a laptop or PC with a stable internet connection and a webcam in order to attend the online classroom sessions.
