6 weeks, part time, 10 hours a week

The course is aimed at three types of learner:

  • Job seekers looking to distinguish themselves in a competitive candidate landscape

  • Freelancers who are looking to boost efficiency, offer in-demand AI skills to clients  and diversify their income

  • Employees of businesses who are looking to harness the power of AI in their day to day jobs

We are currently accepting applications for our next cohort in Cheshire and Warrington starting in September 2025.

As our programmes are funded, you will need to meet ALL of the following eligibility criteria:

  • Aged 19+

  • Have a Cheshire & Warrington residency post-code

  • Have the right to work in the UK (full time)

  • Not in full time education

  • Lived in England for at least the last 3 years

  • Have not previously started a Skills Bootcamp funded by the DfE since April 2025

  • This is a part-time programme, running for 10 hours a week. This time consists of a mix of taught sessions, group work and self-study.

  • We will review your application and eligibility and invite you to an informal interview (online) with members of the WYK team.

    If successful, you’ll be invited to enrol onto the programme.
