We’re excited to introduce the members of our WYK Digital Advisory Panel - a talented group of professionals united by their passion for transforming digital education. These experts are committed to our mission of empowering young people from underrepresented backgrounds with the skills they need to succeed in the digital world.

As key advisors, they will help guide WYK Digital in making digital skills training more accessible, inclusive, and impactful. Their insights will ensure our programmes stay innovative and aligned with the needs of both young people and employers.

Kimora D

Consent Operations Manager

News UK - The Sun (Former WYKer)

With over four years of experience in advertising operations. Kimora began her career as a trainee here at WYK digital, which helped her land her first role as an Ad Operations Apprentice, eventually progressing to Ad Operations Executive over four and a half years.

“I’m supporting WYK because I know first-hand the impact the programme can have on aspiring digital professionals, and I’m excited to give back by helping guide and inspire the next cohort.”

Martin Corcoran

CEO/OWNER Summit Media & Productcaster

Martin has worked in marketing and media for the last 20 years helping clients such as Wickes, Tesco and Argos drive sales, improve ROI and deliver more profits.

More recently he was nominated in Campaigns Top 40 over 40 program for EMEA. Martin is key member of the EUs Digital Markets Commission supporting development of the digital industry and regulating big tech as well as completing the INSEAD Executive Education Program in 2023.

His ambition is to make Hull, where Summit and Productcaster are based, a digital powerhouse where local talent can excel.

Vim Amin

Operations Director

Dentsu

Vim has 20+ years’ experience driving operational excellence, transformation, and sustainable growth across complex digital and technology organisations. He is currently Director of Operations at Dentsu, leading performance, people, transformation, and operational strategy.

He has held similar roles across FTSE 100 companies, SMEs, and not-for-profits, including BT, Tesco, and Compass Group. Passionate about social impact and inclusion, Vim serves as Non-Executive Director at Community Cycleworks and previously as Governor of Finance at Clara Grant Primary School, supporting strategy and sustainability in underserved communities.

“Having volunteered and supported a few WYK cohort taster sessions within my role at Dentsu, I was inspired by the mission to break down barriers and improve access to digital careers, ensuring that opportunity is defined by what you know, not who you know.

The blend of hands-on experience across live projects and how this translates to tangible business outcomes is a game-changer for the sector.

Eraaj Selvadurai

Eraaj has 20+ years experience leading digital marketing, innovation, and growth across global brands, agencies, and start-ups in London and New York.

Throughout his career, he has been passionate about building diverse, high-performing teams and mentoring emerging talent.

Catherine Falla

Director of People & Culture Medialab

Catherine leads people strategy, culture, and talent at Medialab - Media Week’s Independent Agency of the Year and Sunday Times Best Place to Work. She focuses on doing the right thing, creating inclusive environments, and helping people flourish.

With extensive experience in leadership, early careers, and organisational development, Catherine is passionate about widening access to opportunities in the media and digital industries. She has led Medialab’s long-standing partnership with WYK, supporting students through mentoring, insight days, and early career opportunities.

Ammaarah has 4 years of experience within the media industry, specialising in media planning and insights. She has worked across a broad range of client sectors including FMCG, energy, financial services, publishing, household and personal care, and pet care.

“I chose to volunteer with WYK to give back to the programme that supported me in securing a role within the media industry. It’s incredibly rewarding to help others build their confidence, find their footing, and connect with like-minded individuals who share the same passion for media.”

Sanita Sandhu

Chief Strategy & Growth Officer

MENAT at Initiative

Sanita is a global strategy and growth leader with 20+ years driving digital transformation across EMEA, MENAT and APAC. She partners with senior leaders to unlock sustainable business growth through technology, data and creativity.

Her career started in digital performance and technology, the same space that WYK opens up for young people today. That early exposure shaped everything that followed and gave her access to confidence, opportunity and a global platform. Supporting young people into digital and tech is personal for her.

Sanita has worked with some of the world's most iconic brands, including Nike, Gucci, Hermès, Shiseido, Colgate Palmolive, John Lewis, BBC, AXA, ING and Expedia. She's held senior roles across WPP, Havas, MGMD and IPG Mediabrands.

Ian Barnor

Senior Loyalty Manager

Currys

Ian Barnor is a senior CRM and growth leader with extensive experience building data-led customer strategies at scale.

At Currys, he specialises in loyalty, personalisation, lifecycle marketing, and commercial CRM, focusing on driving growth through customer insight and technology. Ian is also passionate about inclusive leadership, mentoring emerging talent, and helping businesses turn customer data into a competitive advantage.
